Yoga Fund

The Yoga Fund is a way of subsidising places for classes, events and retreats for women who would struggle to pay for them. These events are vital time away from the stresses and strains of life, supporting good mental health and helping individuals feel strong and connected in their bodies, minds and communities. Numerous research studies have shown the physical and emotional health benefits of yoga, from reducing stress, anxiety and depression to relieving pain and decreasing the likelihood of heart-related health problems.

Donating

If you are able to pay it forward by donating a small amount in addition to the cost of your class, your generosity will allow someone to gain some much-needed time away to reset and regroup. Thank you for your support.

If you need a discount, please use discount codes TWO, FIVE, TEN or TWENTY at checkout depending on the amount you need (TWO is £2 and so on). If you need a bigger discount for a larger cost item please contact me.
