2025 yoga and nature retreats

In 2025, I’ll be running two retreats with my friend, fellow teacher and facilitator Clare Proudfoot. We’ll be heading to Portugal in June and back to West Lexham, Norfolk in October. Join us for nourishing movement, deep rest, wild swimming and delicious food.

west lexham, 10-12 october 2025

Our 2 day, 2 night retreats at the incredible West Lexham estate in Norfolk are the perfect opportunity to replenish yourself with slow and soulful yoga, decadent naps and books by the fire.

Our days are filled with:

  • nourishing yoga from dynamic to restorative, meditation and yoga nidra

  • luxury accommodation with beds you can sink into and bathrooms you’ll want to linger in

  • delicious seasonal food cooked by an experienced retreat chef, including organic, biodynamic produce from the West Lexham Kitchen Garden

  • sharing circles for reflection and connection

  • coming together with a brilliant group to move, talk, eat and laugh

  • 22 acres of incredible nature and the chance to try paddle boarding, wild swimming, lawn games or an afternoon rowing on the lake …

  • Or enjoy time to rest and recharge - curl up by the fire with a book, head out for a hike or take a long restorative nap

movement and stillness

We offer accessible movement, breath practice and deep rest to bring you back home to your body. With an emphasis on listening to your own intuitive preference and following your curiosity, you’ll experience real nourishment and appreciation for your body as we move and find stillness together.

There’s no pressure but there will be joyful connection with your body’s capacity, with options to feel strength and balance or allow yourself to rest. By the time you leave you’ll be feeling a million more times in your body than at the beginning of the retreat, with a renewed commitment to listening and looking after yourself.

If you’d like to wander up the village for a coffee, the village of Ribeiradio is a 10 minute stroll.

Our yoga practice will take place in a wooden floored studio on the lower floor of the house, or outdoors so we can absorb the stunning natural surroundings around the house.
