specialist postpartum support
Nurturing care for you, your baby and your fourth trimester
The early weeks with a new baby can be wonderful - but they can also feel overwhelming and exhausting.
You deserve support too.
As a postpartum doula with 7 years of experience, I offer warm, practical and holistic support to help you feel cared for, rested, nourished and more confident as you navigate the fourth trimester.
My approach is centred around the whole mother - supporting your emotional wellbeing, feeding journey, physical recovery and day-to-day life with your baby.
Your postpartum care should feel personal
There is no single way to have a baby, feed a baby or recover after birth.
I don’t come with a rigid checklist of what your postpartum experience should look like. I come to listen, support, nurture and help you find what works for you and your family.
My approach is inspired by postpartum traditions from around the world, where these early weeks and months are seen as a time for rest, nourishing food, emotional support and unhurried recovery — rather than pressure to “bounce back” after birth. Every family member’s wellbeing is important.
Having a baby, and becoming a parent, are huge life transitions. You deserve to be cared for and supported as you care for, and get to know, your new baby.
