Overnight Postpartum Support
10-hour overnight — £350
Sometimes what a new mother needs most is sleep.
During an overnight shift I can care for your baby while you rest, according to your feeding preferences and your baby's needs.
This can include:
Bottle feeding
Bringing baby to you for breastfeeding and taking baby back afterwards
Nappy changes
Settling and soothing
Newborn care throughout the night
Helping you maximise your opportunity for sleep
A little light household support at the beginning of the shift where practical
A calm morning handover
This period also includes some time for me to rest while your baby sleeps where possible.
postpartum planning
Private session for a couple - £120
Group bookings on request
We spend a lot of effort and energy preparing for birth, but often get to the newborn stage and feel slightly blindsided! This session will help you feel confident and prepared for the time when your baby arrives. We’ll look at what’s normal in the early weeks, including:
Newborn behaviour in the first trimester
What to expect for the new mother
Mindset work to lean into this stage
And we’ll create some useful strategies for yourself and your family at this stage, including:
rest, low stimulation and other nervous system approaches
creating a quieter, slower rhythm in a culture that pushes productivity, using cross-cultural comparison to illustrate
simple, nourishing ways to support healing and bonding
letting go of unrealistic timelines and “shoulds” in favor of what actually supports wellbeing
Additional Support
Additional daytime support — £40/hour
Additional overnight support — £350 per 10 hours
Postpartum movement & recovery session — £75
Pelvic-floor recovery session — £75
Additional support is subject to availability.
