HELLO, I’M CHLOE, A YOGA TEACHER, POSTNATAL DOULA, WRITER AND GROUP FACILITATOR.

My work is about helping people feel more supported, connected and at home in their bodies. I use ideas about embodiment, the nervous system and the natural world to help people slow down, be kind to themselves and remember their own innate wisdom.
