As we begin to emerge from this challenging year, Stretched Mums and Amanda Morley bring you an opportunity to learn some simple tools to help us embrace this next part of the journey.

Amanda will guide us through gentle breathing practices, combined with the healing power of colour and imagination, to balance the body and calm the mind.

These are based on Breathing Institute protocols combining neuroscience, clinical hypnotherapy, the science of the breath and ancient Tibetan wisdom. They are designed to be “M.U.R.E.E.L.” – Most Useful Rapidly Effective Easily Learnt!

Some of the many benefits include:

  • reduced levels of stress and anxiety

  • improved sleep and mood

  • increased immunity and energy

  • increased circulation of bodily fluids, delivering similar benefits to the brain as exercise and meditation

Amanda is a Breath-Body-Mind™ teacher, Yoga Teacher and Nutritional Therapist with many other skills in Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness and Coaching.

She is a Senior Founder Member of the UK’s Breathing Institute where they work on protocols to offer help and new solutions for a wide variety of conditions, “dis-ease” and life stages.

The workshop will be introduced by Chloe, yoga teacher and doula and Founder of Stretched Mums.
